Vendor Tables are $20 per table in advance. $25 each if purchased the day of the convention, so take advantage of advance table sales. Commercial vendors – no vendor admission fee, contact KU1U for more information. Other vendors (not commercial) still receive a 50% discount on admission ($5.00 per vendor, max 2 per table).
General Admission $10 per person, 18 and younger are free. If you purchase your tickets online, they will be held for you at the Registration Table/Will Call line.


GREEN Shaded Table Area is for sale (1-55). Clubs are also welcome to get tables in the (tan) EmComm Area.
TAN Shaded Area is for Emergency Communications Groups and initial overflow once Green Tables have been sold.

Shaded RED Area will be used for any clubs who wish to have meetings.
Doors open to the Public at 8 AM. Vendors can set up starting at 7 AM.
Get your tables early! Price goes up day of convention ($25/each plus $5 Vendor Admission).
Convention hours for the public are 8 AM to Noon.
Walk-ins allowed for the VE Test Session.

On Demand VE Testing
Walk-Ins WELCOME!
Several members of the WM7X VE Testing Team will be on-site to offer Technician, General and Extra element exams. This team is traveling from Washington state, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania to be with us.
It is highly recommended that you PRE-REGISTER for the Exam. If not, you will need to register when you arrive. Test fee is $15. You will need to register for an FRN to take an amateur radio exam. If you need assistance, the team can help you through the process.
